Stephanie MacFarlane

This episode we focus on a homeless health training program operated by Stephanie MacFarlane who is the Homelessness Health Program Manager, South East Sydney Local Heath District. One area that Stephanie discusses is the emergence of those with lived experience in the homeless sector and how effective they have been in building the capacity of other clinicians through their involvement in the provision of training. Stephanie also discusses how different sectors across Sydney have begun working together to provide a coordinated response to homelessness and how this has assisted in closing the gaps in the system of care.
