Rochelle discusses the outcomes achieved so far through their pilot and the effectiveness their model of care is having in allowing clients time to recover and linking them to a range of services. Jack outlines the challenges COVID-19 has raised in validating the model of care but even through the low numbers utilising the facility the outcomes have been significant.
