In this episode with chat with Jack Snelling and Rochelle Weston from Bap Care South Australia and their development of a homeless respite service for those exiting hospital. Rochelle discusses the outcomes achieved so far through their pilot and the effectiveness their model of care is having in allowing clients time to recover and linking them to a range of services. Jack outlines the challenges COVID-19 has raised in validating the model of care but even through the low numbers utilising the facility the outcomes have been significant.
