Charlotte Jones

Charlotte Jones works at the Mental Health Legal Centre in Melbourne and in this podcast episode discusses the Health Justice Partnership (HJP) they have with the Bolton Clarke Homeless Persons Program. Charlotte discusses how the HJP was developed using a co-design approach and explores the importance of legal services for those that are homeless to ensure justice is delivered. The client story that Charlotte provides in this discussion gives an insight into the complexity of legal issues that many clients face and how important compassionate legal advice is to ensure that everyone is treated with dignity and justice.
