In this episode we speak to Ana Jerak and Bern Smith who discuss the operation of a primary health service at the Salvation Army service 614 in Bourke Street in Melbourne. They discuss the difference of providing healthcare to homeless people at a homeless service as compared to a hospital and how a flexible approach to delivering health services can be more effective. Both Ana and Bern speak about the privilege it is to work in this area and the wonderful people they meet who make job fun and rewarding.
